How long will it take for my order to ship?

Can I return food-grade items like stencils or sprinkles?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products, stencils, or cookie cutters once they have been opened. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 14 days.

What is the best way to clean my cookie stencils?
We recommend gently hand-washing your stencils with warm, soapy water and laying them flat to dry. Avoid using high heat or dishwashers, as this can warp the material.

Are your cookie cutters 3D printed or injection molded?
Most of our signature cutters are high-quality, 3D-printed using food-safe PLA plastic. They are designed for precision and durability but should be hand-washed only.
