The Countess Flour Funnel™ attaches firmly to a stand mixer's auxiliary port, and it is angled just right to easily add your flour (or any dry or liquid ingredients) to your bowl. - Fits all KitchenAid and brand mixers that have a front attachment port with a tightening screw
- We also guarantee that it will fit other brands of residential stand mixers that have a front attachment port AND screw on locking bolt or your money back.
- Pampered Chef models do not have this locking nut so it's not compatible with those models.
- InstaPot mixers do not work with the Countess Flour Funnel™, even though they do have an auxiliary port.
- The Cuisinart SM-55 does not have a tightening screw, so it is not compatible with the Flour Funnel™. (The Cuisinart SM-50 does have a tightening screw, as shown in this product listing, so it is compatible. Check your model number before ordering.)
- Breville stand mixers do not have the front attachment port or tightening screw, so they are incompatible with the Flour Funnel™.
- For a refund we will need to know your exact model of mixer, a photo of it attached to your mixer, or where it won't attach, and preferably a video. Please see pictures on the listing of what types of auxiliary ports it will fit on. Please see our video for further explanation!
- Tested to work with flour, sugar, confectioners sugar, eggs, flavoring, water, etc.
- The Countess Flour Funnel™ is not a pouring shield. For best results in order to avoid a "poof" of dry ingredients, add ingredients while the mixer is on its lowest setting, or pulse on low until slightly incorporated. Cannot be used while a pouring shield is in place.
- Not for use with melted sugar which liquifies at 320 degrees
